By this, each movable thin film 3 does not block the entrance passage of the light entering the other movable films 3, allowing each movable thin film 3 to be formed larger and a display region of floating stars 16 to be enlarged, and also, the movable thin film 3 can be arranged in plural number in an overlapping manner, and further, the light spots close to each other and moving in different manners can be displayed on the different movable thin films 3. The movable thin films 3 are moved while interposing a delay cam 28 that irregularly moves, causing the light spots to irregularly move and the like to enhance dramatic effect.
