PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load operation control apparatus, load operation control system, and load operation control method, capable of stabilizing a voltage and a frequency of a power distribution system even when a load to the power distribution system fluctuates.;SOLUTION: The present invention comprises an electric power storage section and a load operation control section. The electric power storage section absorbs or supplies active power and reactive power generated by an AC power generator. The load operation control section performs control so that the electric power storage section absorbs the active power and reactive power generated by the AC power generator in synchronization with the AC power generator before a load start and supplies active power and reactive power from the electric power storage section to the load after commencement of the load start.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
