PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elasticity measurement device which allows setting of a measurement area where more precise measurement can be performed.;SOLUTION: An elasticity measurement device comprises: an area setting unit 53 for setting a measurement area where the elasticity of a biological tissue is measured; an evaluation unit 54 for detecting a non measurement target which is not the measurement target of elasticity on the basis of data on the ultrasonic image and evaluating the measurement area; and a display unit for displaying an image based on the evaluation by the evaluation unit 54.
