PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component housing for an electric vehicle which maintains or improves the cooling efficiency and an electromagnetic wave shield function while reducing the weight.;SOLUTION: An electric component housing for a vehicle according to an embodiment of this invention includes: a housing made of a plastic material produced by injection molding, the housing where an upper surface is opened; a top cover made of a plastic material produced by injection molding and covering an opening surface of the housing; a base cover securely attached to a bottom surface of the housing; an electric component set securely attached to an upper surface of the base cover; and a plating layer which is formed on at least an inner peripheral surface of the housing and a rear surface of the top cover and shields electromagnetic waves.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
