PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an image in which a shape and a pattern of a three-dimensional object can be presented on two-dimensional coordinates at a basement material.SOLUTION: An image creation method comprises: an image data acquisition process (S1) which acquires image data of a three-dimensional object including pixel values of plural coordinate positions on an X-Y coordinate plane constituted by an X-axis direction and a Y-axis direction orthogonal to the X-axis direction; a height acquisition process (S2) which acquires the height of the three-dimensional object corresponding to each of the coordinate positions; a numerous-line image creation process (S3) which creates a numerous-line image by arranging plural numerous-lines on the X-Y coordinate plane with a spacing same as the width of the plural numerous-lines; a deformed numerous-line image creation process (S4) which creates a deformed numerous-line image in which the position of the numerous-line at the coordinate positions is shifted to the Y-axis direction, based on the height corresponding to each of the coordinate positions; and a two-value image creation process (s5) which creates a two-value image in which the width of the numerous-line at the coordinate positions is changed, based on the pixel value at each of the coordinate positions.
