PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric field cleaning method, an electric field cleaning device, an electric field immune tissue dyeing method, and an electric field immune tissue dyeing device capable of quickening and automating a cleaning process existing between primary and secondary antigen-antibody reaction processes or in the preceding and succeeding processes.SOLUTION: The electric field cleaning method according to the present invention makes a plate-like electrode having a through hole 3 or a circular electrode 4 face from above in a reaction field of a droplet 2 formed on a glass plate 1 arranged on a lower electrode 10, and a repeating square wave deviated to a plus side is generated by adding 0.4 to 2.0 kV/mm to the plus side as a main voltage of applied electric field intensity in addition to an offset electric field intensity 0.15 to 1.0 kV/mm and further applying to the plus side an AC voltage in a range of the frequencies 0.1 to 800 Hz, thereby performing the electric field cleaning using a stirring phenomenon by the generated electric field. The electric field cleaning method discharges a non-specific reaction material floating in the droplet by performing a process of inserting a discharge pipe 5 into a droplet reaction field 2 from the through hole 3 of the plate-like electrode or the circular electrode 4 and discharging a reagent solution 6 and a process of inserting an injection pipe 7 into the droplet reaction field 2 from the through hole 3 and injecting a cleaning liquid 8.
