PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the inflow of fluid such as sea water into a turbine building even when breakage of circulation water piping of a condenser occurs.SOLUTION: The fluid inflow restriction device includes: a turbine building 11 in which a turbine and a condenser 9, etc., are housed; circulation water piping 1 for supplying/discharging fluid such as sea water to/from the condenser 9; and a fluid inflow restriction device provided in the circulation water piping 1. The fluid inflow restriction device includes: a closing member holding part 14a in which a plenty of closing members 17 are housed; a bottom cover 18a provided on the bottom of the closing member holding part 14a; connection piping 19 for connecting the closing member holding part 14a to the circulation water piping 1; and a perforated panel 13 provided in inside the circulation water piping 1 located between a connection portion of the connection piping 19 and the condenser 9. By opening the bottom cover 18a during electric source cutoff, or by opening the bottom cover 18a by bringing the bottom cover 18a into contact with fluid, or by owing to a hydraulic pressure, the closing members 17 are discharged into the circulation water piping 1.
