PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a neutron capture therapy device which can measure a neutron dose in real time and the neutron beam measurement accuracy reduction of which is suppressed.;SOLUTION: The neutron capture therapy device includes: a real time dose output part 40 having a scintillation detector 41 for detecting a neutron beam N and outputting a signal in real time and a neutron dose output part 44 for converting a signal output from the scintillation detector 41 into the neutron dose using a correction factor 45 and outputting the neutron dose in real time; and a correction factor setting part for setting a correction factor 45. The correction factor setting part includes a gamma beam detection part for detecting a gamma beam emitted from a gold wire radio-activated by being irradiated with the neutron beam, and corrects the correction factor 45 based on the signal output from the scintillation detector 41 by being irradiated with the neutron beam and the gamma beam detected by the gamma beam detection part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
