PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control method, a power plant using the same and a vibration control system for reducing vibrations of an oscillatory system caused from earthquake motions by controlling the oscillation of the oscillatory system which includes two devices one of which controls vibrations with respect to the ground and the other is rigidly disposed with respect to the ground and a low flexible structure connecting therebetween.;SOLUTION: The vibration control method of an oscillatory system 10 which includes: a first device 12 rigidly disposed with respect to the ground 11; a second device 14 disposed via the ground 11 and first damping means 13; and a low flexible structure 17 connecting the first device 12 and the second device 14 therebetween, which is longer than the distance between the connection part of the first device 12 and the connection part of the second device 14.
