PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for more flexibly managing a payment limit in electric commerce.;SOLUTION: A purchase management server stores a user-input payment limit of a predetermined term in a storage part. A purchase process is performed on a basis of a present purchase content including an offering, at least one of products and services to be purchased by the user.
