In accordance with a selection order of name identification definitions A-D within a list 120, the name identification supporting device 101 matches the name identification definitions A-D to the telegraphic message and converts the telegraphic message M on the basis of a first matched name identification definition. In accordance with a selection order of the name identification definitions A-D in a list 110, the name identification supporting device 101 matches the name identification definitions A-D to the telegraphic message and converts the telegraphic message M on the basis of a first matched name identification definition.
