PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair or reinforcement structure of a steel plate with a carbon fiber-reinforced resin and a repair or reinforcement method in order to repair or reinforce a steel girder structure having a web plate with a reduced thickness due to corrosion, by attaching the fiber-reinforced resin to the web plate of the steel girder without causing peeling-off, allowing the web plate of the steel girder to enhance buckling load capacity.;SOLUTION: A repair or reinforcement structure recovers or enhances final load capacity of a web plate of a steel girder with installation of a fiber-reinforced resin layer 13 on the web plate 9 of the steel girder of a steel bridge. A putty layer 12 made of a polyurea resin is arranged between the web plate 9 of the steel girder and the fiber-reinforced resin layer 13.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
