PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure criticality safety for potential aggregation in a solution system including a nuclear fissile material.SOLUTION: A fissile material housing tank 1 includes a solution housing container for housing a solution of fissile material; an aggregation portion 4 arranged inside the solution of the solution housing container 1 and aggregating a fissile material; and an aggregated material receiving portion 10 for receiving the aggregated material separated and dropped from the aggregation portion 4 and spatially dispersed so as to be held in subcriticality. The aggregation portion 4 is a filter, an electrode of an electrolytic cell, and the like provided on an inlet port of pump 3 which sucks out the solution from the solution housing container 1. The aggregated material receiving portion 10 is arranged at the bottom of the solution housing container 1, and may have a flat space or a cylindrical space extending at least in a perpendicular direction.
