PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account generation support program, an account generation support device, and an account generation support method which are arranged to be able to generate an account for service in a transfer destination while taking into account the security of service in the transfer destination when transferring service.;SOLUTION: First control devices 101 and 102 store account information including identification information for identifying first service recipients, and encrypted password information produced by encryption of password information. Second control devices 101 and 102 authenticate a second service recipient. An account generation support device 101 makes the first control device 101 or 102 execute an authentication process by use of password information input corresponding to identification information, and the encrypted password information.
