PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion control device of a hot blast stove capable of optimizing injection heat amounts to respective stoves and stabilizing heat balance, and a combustion control method for the same.;SOLUTION: When setting the injection heat amount of a setting object stove, on the basis of a heat margin index result value QYi at the end of blowing of a preceding stove (a heat amount supported from the setting object stove to the preceding stove) and a heat margin index result value QYj at the end of blowing of the setting object stove itself (a heat amount supported from a succeeding stove to the setting object stove), the combustion control device 40 evaluates excess and deficiency of the injection heat amount by the setting object stove single body, and sets an excess and deficiency correction amount ΔGb for correcting the excess and deficiency.
