PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-down case report system capable of facilitating the performance of an appropriate procedure by allowing a doctor in a center to correctly obtain a situation.;SOLUTION: A fall-down case report system is configured to allow an on/off control unit 62 to turn on at least a terminal side microphone 32 and a camera 21 after the point of time when a fall-down probability determination unit 61 determines the probability of the fall-down of a wearer E, and also to allow a terminal side speech mechanism 3 and an image transmission mechanism 2 to transmit the sound and image acquired by the terminal side microphone 32 and the camera 21 to a center side device 101 after the point of time when the fall-down probability determination unit 61 determines the probability of the fall-down of the wearer E.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
