Segmented for medical applications, ε- caprolactone-rich poly (ε- caprolactone - co -p- dioxane) copolymer and tools obtained therefrom

摘要

A novel semi-crystalline ε-caprolactone-rich block copolymer of ε-caprolactone and p-dioxane for long-term absorbable medical applications is disclosed. The novel polymer composition is useful in long-term absorbable surgical sutures and other medical devices. Furthermore, a composition for repairing and regenerating blood vessels of patients with vascular disease and a method for using the blood vessels by tissue engineering therefor are disclosed.
