PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw material particle miniaturization apparatus for easily and continuously miniaturizing particles and a method for producing a miniaturized particle-containing material.;SOLUTION: The raw material particle miniaturization apparatus 1 has a rotary body 2 having a plurality of recessed parts 3 just like circles and a jetting part 4 for jetting a mixed liquid of raw material particles and a liquid toward the recessed parts 3 of the rotary body 2.
