PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supported catalyst high in activity and maintaining the activity for a long period of time even if used.;SOLUTION: A porous silica oligomer coated particle includes a metallic core particle, and a porous silica oligomer layer attached to at least part of the surface of the metallic core particle.
