PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a settlement processing of a refueling charge not to be burdens on a user when a vehicle is refueled by the user.;SOLUTION: A refueling charge settlement system in a car sharing system for refunding a refueling charge paid when refueling is performed by the user includes: a first detection means for detecting information when refueling is performed by the user in a gas station for refueling vehicles; a second detection means for detecting information when refueling is performed by the user in a vehicle; a refund processing means for executing or holding the refund of the refueling charge to the user; a comparison means for comparing information detected by the first detection means with the information detected by the second detection means; and a control means for executing control so as to execute or hold the refund of the refueling charge to the user by the refund processing means on the basis of a comparison result by the comparison means.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
