PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell element having excellent characteristics and a method for manufacturing a substrate constituting the solar cell element without a pulverizing step and particularly to provide a method for forming the casting mold for manufacturing silicon ingot suitable for obtaining the substrate.;SOLUTION: The method for forming the casting mold includes a step of: forming body by kneading ceramic powder containing silicon nitride powder and a first binder solution; a step of: forming slurry by adding a second binder solution to the body; and a step of forming a mold releasing layer by applying the slurry to the surface of a casting mold base body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
