PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set luminous color of a luminous body mounted in a device.SOLUTION: A device information acceptance part 132 accepts color specifying information to specify color information for a main body from an input device having a luminous body and the main body. A color determination part 114 determines the color information for the luminous body of the input device. A transmission part 124 notifies the input device of the determined color information. The color determination part 114 determines color information different from the color information for the main body specified by the color specifying information as color information for the luminous body of the input device.
