The present invention , glycyl -tRNA synthetase (GRS) and to a screening method of a new cancer prophylactic or therapeutic agent using a cadherin . More particularly , it relates to GRS and CDH, particularly preventing or screening method of a therapeutic agent for cancer screening test formulations that alter the binding levels with CDH. The present invention is a novel use of the GRS and CDH, to provide a screening method for cancer prevention and treatment agents . The method of the present invention can be usefully employed in the development of new therapeutic agents of various cancer diseases .
