PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air secondary battery packaging material which excels in bondability between a package sheet and an oxygen permeable layer.SOLUTION: The air secondary battery packaging material comprises: a package sheet which consists of a laminate structure composed of an outer layer a metal foil layer and an inner layer including a thermoplastic rein film, and which has an oxygen intake opening provided therein, penetrating the outer layer, the metal foil layer and the inner layer; and a porous ceramic layer which is joined to the inner layer side on the periphery of the opening so as to cover the opening. On the bonded face of one of or both of the outer edge of the porous ceramic layer and the periphery of the opening, a silane coupling agent containing a reactive functional group is applied.
