The methods includes the step of applying an adhesive to a carrier containing at least one brachytherapy seed so as to, upon curing of the adhesive, impart substantial rigidity to the carrier. Alternatively, the adhesive may be selectively applied so as to provide a deflectable brachytherapy product.
