PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide life support information by which a user can enjoy a benefit by belonging to a group and to promote life support.;SOLUTION: A support manager terminal device 30 transmits communication information pertaining to life support information, a question item written to a questionnaire and a question item written to an application slip for life support system to a support providing server 20 and receives a tabulation result to the questionnaire responses and a tabulation result for the application slips from the support providing server 20. A user terminal device 10 returns a response to the questionnaire and a response to the application slip to the support providing server. The support providing server 20 transmits the communication information to the user terminal device 10 as well as transmitting the tabulation result for the responses to the questionnaire and the tabulation result for the responses to the application slips to the support manager terminal device 30.
