PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency in digital content marketing by dispelling users' uneasiness through a system that guarantees refunding of money if purchased digital content is not usable.;SOLUTION: A selling device 10 includes a purchase processing unit 22 which processes a purchase transaction for digital content and outputs content recipient information concerning a party to which the digital content is provided. A relay server 11 includes a cancellation processing unit 52 which processes cancellation of the transaction when a portable terminal device 13 fails to obtain the digital content from the digital content provider.
