The second layer is coupled to a plurality of radio frequency (RF) communications medium . RF communication media , facilitates the transmission of RF signals . First integrated circuit chip to communicate with a second integrated circuit chip through the one and the ground signal of the RF signal . The first layer and the second layer , is used to investigate the RF signal and a ground signal .
