PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement steel bar for reinforced concrete with which bar arrangement work can be simplified and a concrete filling property can be improved by fixing a structure wall while utilizing a steel bar to be used for the structure wall or foundation, and a steel bar construction method.;SOLUTION: A reinforcement steel bar for reinforced concrete comprises an annular part 1 and an extending part 2. The annular part 1 is enabled to enclose, in a cross-sectional direction, a space comprised of a plurality of steel bars 4 and 5 to be arranged inside a reinforced concrete structure to be constructed. The extending part 2 extends in a predetermined direction from the annular part. A steel bar construction method includes inserting the plurality of lateral bars 4, 5 and 6 to be arranged inside the reinforced concrete structure through the annular part beforehand, disposing the annular part so as to enclose the space comprised of the plurality of lateral bars when installing the lateral bars at predetermined positions, and performing an adjustment to arrange the bars inside the structure where the extending part is positioned above the annular part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
