PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system which can easily perform migration of a physical environment of a duplex computer to a virtual environment.;SOLUTION: For executing migration processing of a physical environment of a duplex computer 100 which executes a business application to a virtual environment of a single computer 110, based on instructions from an administrative computer 120, first, after saving network setting information of the duplex computer 100 and business files for the business application in a network management information file 140 and a business backup file 150, respectively, two systems of modules 10 and 11 of the duplex computer 100 are separated. The one system, for example, the module 10, continues processing the business application being executed. On the other hand, the migration processing is performed on the other system, for example, the module 11.
