PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate pitching control of a shield machine at an appropriate cost.;SOLUTION: One end 31 of a cantilever beam 30 is fixed to a structure of a shield machine 10 so that the cantilever beam extends to a rear side of the shield machine, and a tank 60 is installed at the other end 32 of the cantilever beam 30. A plurality of tanks 60 are provided, and liquid is injected or retracted to/from each of the tanks 60.
