PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of reliably producing a physical gel, wherein a wide range of kinds of celluloses are used as a starting raw material.;SOLUTION: The method of producing the physical gel includes: preparing a cellulose nanofiber water dispersion liquid by dispersing a cellulose nanofiber having a carboxylate group into an aqueous solvent; and adding an acid to the cellulose nanofiber water dispersion liquid to replace the carboxylate group with a carboxylic acid group, thus gelating the cellulose nanofiber.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
