PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat element array structure for preventing individual power transformers for heating elements configured in a vacuum heat treatment furnace from becoming complicated.;SOLUTION: A heating element array structure 10 includes not only a central heating element array 12 but also a first outside heating element array 14 and a second outside heating element array 16 distanced from the central heating element array 12 and aligned coaxially. Furthermore, the heating element array structure 10 includes a first end heating element array 18 and a second end heating element array 20 arranged at first and second end positions, respectively, relative to the central heating element array 12 and the first and second outside heating element arrays 14 and 16. To supply a current to the respective heating element arrays, power transformers 22, 24, and 26 are operatively connected to the central heating element array 12, the first outside heating element array 14 and the first end heating element array 18, and the second outside heating element array 16 and the second end heating element array 20, respectively.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
