PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle air conditioning control system which collects bodily sensations of a temperature and humidity of a vehicle from large number of passengers, and can reflect them to vehicle air conditioning control.;SOLUTION: The system includes: a vehicle communication device mounted to the vehicle; a portable terminal possessed by the passenger of the vehicle; and a control device which performs radio communication between the vehicle communication device and the portable terminal. The vehicle communication device makes vehicle position information and first temperature/humidity information associated with each other and transmits them to the control device at each vehicle. The portable terminal makes terminal position information, second temperature/humidity information, and bodily sensation information associated with each other and transmits them to the control device. The control device specifies the vehicle of an information transmitting source by making the vehicle position information and the terminal position information collated with each other. Furthermore, the control device generates control information which properly controls an air conditioner of the vehicle on the basis of the first temperature/humidity information, the second temperature/humidity information and the bodily sensation information at each vehicle, and transmits them to each vehicle.
