PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a road surface inspection program and a road surface inspection device which enable the deterioration of a road surface to be efficiently inspected again.SOLUTION: A road surface inspection device 10 identifies a position at which an abnormality is detected, with respect to either one of a position at which an abnormality in the pavement of a road surface is detected from a road image captured with a camera 31, and a position at which an abnormality in the pavement of a road surface is detected from a change in the accelerations measured during driving on the road surface with a G-sensor 32. The road surface inspection device 10 derives conditions for detecting an abnormality which has not been detected at the identified position, and outputs instructions to inspect again the identified position under the derived conditions.
