PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to grasp a molten steel pan allowed to a molten steel treatment and a required number of molten steel pans.SOLUTION: A calculation part 13 allows a molten steel pan in which allowance is possible with the last casting finish time nearest to each of the tapping charges, and display outputs the transition of an occupancy time of each of the molten steel pans based on information on a tapping finish time for every tapping charge, information on a casting finish time, information on whether a gas stirring treatment is required or not in secondary refining equipment about the tapping charge, and tapping planning data including information on frequency of a gas stirring treatment of each of molten steel pans.
