PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image search device and a medical image storage/search system for shortening a time from the photographing to reference of a medical image, and for reducing any load on a network by making a medial image search device outside a medical institute store medical image information relating to the photographed medical image, and making a plurality of medical image storage devices outside the medial institute store the medical image in divided periods.;SOLUTION: This medical image search device includes: a storage part 32 for storing medical image information for identifying a medical image photographed by a medical image photographing device T and storage place information relating to a medical image storage device 12 in which the medical image is stored; a measurement part 33 for measuring the storage period of the medical image; and a determination part 34 for, on the basis of a reference request from a medical image reference device 4, confirming which medical image storage device 12 stores the medical image as the object of the medical image reference request from the medical image information stored in the storage part 32, and for transmitting the medical image information and the storage place information to the medical image reference device 4.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
