PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly detect a flowing defect of a drying object and to carry out countermeasures against the defect.;SOLUTION: The fluidized bed drying device 102 fluidizing and drying the drying object C supplied into a drying chamber 2 by supplying fluidizing gas D into the drying chamber 2 includes a pressure difference detector 8 for detecting a pressure difference in the drying chamber 2; and a controller 3 for detecting a flowing defect of the drying object C when the pressure difference inputted by the pressure difference detector 8 is larger than a predetermined pressure difference, and controlling at least one of flow rate increase of the fluidizing gas D, temperature rise of the fluidizing gas D, or type change of the fluidizing gas D as a flowing improvement countermeasure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
