FLUIDIZED-BED DRYING AND CLASSIFYING APPARATUS, CAPABLE OF SAVING ENERGY BY THE RECYCLING OF THE GAS ENERGY USED FOR THE DRYING OF A FLUIDIZED-BED FOR POWDER-AND-GRANULE

PURPOSE: A fluidized-bed drying and classifying apparatus is provided to enhance productivity since one automatic system automatically performs the drying and the size classifying processes of powder and granule.;CONSTITUTION: A fluidized-bed drying and classifying apparatus comprises a powder and granule feeding unit(100), a drying unit(200), a high-temperature gas feeding unit(300), a blowing unit(400), a grain-size sorting unit(500), a filter unit(600) and a pressing unit(700). The powder and granule feeding unit transfers a fluidized-bed to the drying unit. The fluidized-bed is moved from the upper drying tank to the lower drying tank of the drying unit and is dried. The high-temperature feeding unit transfers high-temperature gas to the drying tanks through a high-temperature gas feeding pipe. The blowing unit supplies the compressed air. The grain-size sorting unit scatters the powder and granule, which has been transferred with the compressed air, and sorts the fluidized-bed based on grain.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
