A lid body 32 covers the holding body 31 from above so that the holding body 31 and the lid body 32 prevent the work W from being displaced toward the radial direction, the circumferential direction and the central axis line O direction of the work W. A drum part d of the work W is positioned in a radial form in relation to the central axis line O and a gap is formed between outer flange sections adjacent each other on the outer side of the radial direction so that a nozzle can protrude from the outer side of the radial direction and pass through the gap.
