PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asphalt regenerating additive excellent in safety to environment and human body, repeatedly recovering asphalt contained in a paving waste material and hardened by deterioration to initial softness, that is, greatly recovering the lowered rates of needle penetration and elongation repeatedly.;SOLUTION: An asphalt regenerating additive composition is produced by blending two or more mineral oils, and has: the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PCA) of 3 mass%; a dynamic viscosity at 40°C of 900-1,500 mm²/s; a 5 vol% distillation temperature by gas chromatographic distillation of ≥350°C; a flash point of ≥260°C; and an aromatic content (%CA) of 10-25%.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
