PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ethylene-vinyl alcohol-based polymer alloy composition excellent in heat sealability and non-adsorption of aroma components, a film comprising the composition, a packaging material having the film, and a method for producing the composition.SOLUTION: This ethylene-vinyl alcohol-based polymer alloy composition includes a mixture of: 79.5 and 98.5 mass% of an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer; and 1.5 and 20.5 mass% of an ethylene-methyl acrylate copolymer, and ensures a heat seal strength of a bag stipulated by JIS Z0238 of 200 gf/15 mm.
