PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electric field light-emitting element formed by a wet deposition method, having a light-emitting layer including an arylamine compound, and having a longer drive life, and an organic EL display and an organic EL illuminator which include such organic electric field light-emitting elements; and to provide a method for manufacturing an organic electric field light-emitting element formed by a wet deposition method, having a light-emitting layer including an arylamine compound, and having a longer drive life.SOLUTION: The organic electric field light-emitting element comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode formed to be opposed to the first electrode; and the light-emitting layer between the first and second electrodes. The light-emitting layer is composed of a layer including the arylamine compound. The light-emitting layer is formed in a wet process under an environment such that light having a wavelength shorter than 500 nm is blocked.
