PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract a topic word in communication between users through the Internet.;SOLUTION: A topic word extraction device 100 includes: a morphological analysis section 120 for extracting a word from communication information acquired by a communication information acquisition section 110 from a communication information storage server 10; an importance calculation section 130 for calculating importance of the extracted word; a unique user number acquisition section 140 for acquiring, for each extracted word, the number of unique users transmitting the communication information including each word by referring to the acquired communication information; a weighting coefficient calculation section 150 for calculating a weighting coefficient on the basis of the number of the acquired unique users and the number of pieces of the communication information; and a topic word extraction section 160 for extracting a topic word from the extracted word on the basis of the importance and the weighting coefficient for each word calculated by the importance calculation section 130.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT
