PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent external leakage of excrement due to puncture in which puncture expresses excrement leakage to the outside after passing between a face plate and a skin of an ostomy appliance, however occurrence of puncture defiles clothes and may trouble surrounding people to thereby become an obstruction of social life and social advancement, and therefore puncture is a large trouble for an ostomy appliance maker.SOLUTION: Adhesive means 90 is provided so that an uptake hole 83 may be formed between an outer circumference of a face plate 12 and itself. An auxiliary receiving bag 31 for receiving the leaked excrement on the occurrence of the puncture is prepared. A first opening part 33 opened in the auxiliary receiving bag is connected to the adhesive means. A second opening part 35 opened in the auxiliary receiving bag is connected to the face plate, and the auxiliary receiving bag covers and wraps the uptake hole. Punctured excrement leaking out from the uptake hole is stored in the auxiliary receiving bag, and thereby the external leakage is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
