PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To combine feedback control and a feedforward control to minimize effect of model uncertainty in a non-linear plant.;SOLUTION: A sensor signal processor 140 determines a relation between parameters regarding an engine on the basis of signals from a plurality of sensors 110 arranged on the engine 120, calculates feedforward signals to actuators 130 associated with the engine, and provides strategy for processing a plurality of constraints regarding a model-based predictive feedback controller 200 as the function of feedforward signals. An actuator signal processor 150 generates control signals to the actuators as the sum of feedback signals and the feedforward signals to be transmitted to the actuators.
