PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain uniform illumination light at a wide area without increasing thickness in a radiation direction of spot light sources and without remaining a bright spot at each part right above the each spot light source of a radiation side reflection section covering the spot light sources and without darkening the right-above part on the contrary, while making use of light at high efficiency by using the spot light sources.;SOLUTION: A planar illumination light source device provides a casing 100 having a bottom surface, a side surface, and an opening at a designated area and preparing a reflector 150 in the inside and preparing spot light sources 102 on the bottom surface, and a radiation side reflection means 120 for covering the opening separated from the spot light source 102 at a designated distance and penetrating and reflecting light. A center reflection portion at a designated range and an outer reflection portion at an outer periphery of the center reflection portion are provided on a part right-above the spot light source 102, the outer reflection portion is constituted of a reflection member which transmits partial light, reflects partial light and performs diffused reflection of partial light and has a designated reflectance, and the center reflection portion is formed of a light-transmitting reflection portion having the reflectance higher than reflectance of the outer reflection portion.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
