PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress plant growth around a stud in a high level.;SOLUTION: A pool 40 is formed around a sheet hole 26 and a stud head 34. Water is pooled in the pool 40 and a plant growth inhibiting substance is added to the water pooled in the pool 40, e.g., from the stud head 34 to produce an aqueous solution. A gap, through which water can permeate, is formed between a sheet 20 and a stud body 32, and the aqueous solution is supplied to a ground surface 1 at the periphery of the stud 30 through the gap.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
