Altering the structure of tRNA in the method of introducing nonstandard type amino acid into position of desire of the protein, you improve the affinity and peculiarity of the amino acyl tRNA synthetic enzyme. The non natural base is included in each position of tRNA, efficiency of the amino acylation reaction with the nonstandard type amino acid is improved with that. (Figure 2)
