PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method which enhances the arrangement precision and transferability of microspheres by inexpensive means while employing a method for discharging microspheres by an inkjet system and arranging and forming them.;SOLUTION: A surface of a blanket 200 is put over an indirect base 102 on which microspheres 106 are arranged, and they are uniformly stuck to each other using a rubber roller or the like and then are peeled from each other. The microspheres 106 arranged on the indirect base 102 are adsorbed to the surface of the blanket 200 because they are light-weight and are peeled from the surface of the indirect base 102. The surface of the blanket 200 to which the microspheres 106 have been transferred is placed over a surface of a transfer target substrate 206. A pressure treatment with heating at 60 to 120°C is performed from the side of a blanket base material 201 or both sides of the blanket base material 201 and the transfer target substrate 206 by using a heat roller or a hot plate; thereby the microspheres 106 are transferred to the transfer target substrate 206 and the transferred microspheres 106 are fixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
